"It’s outrageous that it’s come to this, but let me be crystal clear: I would never recommend doing business with State Farm. My policy was canceled because I was hit by someone on an e-bike and because I requested two jump-starts over the course of three years—yes, that’s what their official notice says. The police cited the e-bike driver and confirmed I was completely not at fault. Even the adjuster originally said the same. But State Farm decided to pay off the woman (who, by the way, is on an e-bike because she’s essentially banned from driving) just to avoid litigation—and then dumped me. Now I’m being quoted sky-high premiums by other insurers, all because State Farm chose to protect themselves instead of their customer. I’m literally being punished for being hit at high speed and for daring to request two jump-starts. I have every receipt, every report, and every shred of documentation to prove this, I’m not just a bitter customer. Consider yourself warned."
